Can you imagine the sheer joy of never having to wax or shave again?
SHEER. JOY. PEOPLE!
Sheer joy, I tell you!
In high school a group of like minded fellow thespians and I decided to see how long we could go without shaving, which was actually a contest to see who could get the fuzziest.
I'm pretty sure I didn't win as I have a knack for remembering useless titles like "She-Who-Had-The-Longest-Leg-Hair" circa 1993 in mid-western America.
Fast forward 19 years and this past August I met with the glorious folks of Tria Beauty at BlogHer and learned that they have an "at home" laser hair removal system that is FDA approved and that in as little as two treatments a week over the course of 6 months I could say hasta la vista to razors and shave gel...FOREVER.
How awesome is that?!
Over the course of the next 6 months I'll be posting updates on my progress and on the product itself and near the end of my cycle I'll be giving away a device (valued at $395) to one lucky reader.

I actually might rival you for the crown of "She-Who-Has-The-Longest-Leg-Hair"... Think: Italian background, thick curly black leg hair. i pretty much resemble a gorilla in mid-winter. :) I would LOVE one of these things!

Oh yeah, and I feel like I should share my long history in hair removal... Way back in the day, my mom had one of the ORIGINAL Epi-Lady machines. I remember trying to use the darn thing—steeling myself for the pain. Until my head hair came in contact with the exposed coils... OH YES! I had to cut my hair off to dislodge the thing. It wasn't pretty. LOL
I totally rememeber this hairy challenge!!! Too funny!!!
